On the recommendation of a friend, I ordered the installation of a solar plant in my Spanish residence from SolarNRG, whose communication was in good English and very professional. The offer was refined several times until it fully met my expectations and needs, for which the company's representative also visited the site to learn about the situation. The installation work took place on the agreed day and the work was fast and tidy. All the necessary documents with the electricity grid operator were arranged within two weeks. I am very satisfied and highly recommend SolarNRG to everyone!

It has been just over a year since Solar NRG installed my panels & 10kw battery in / on my Albir home. I have waited this long to post a review as i wanted to provide my thoughts on not just the product / installation but any subsequent after service requirements. So here go’s ….
1. Sales Process:
I was visited by their sales colleague (Maurice) who provided me with all the information I required and helped me understand the product benefits and potential savings including possible grants / rebates & income tax reduction. He was not pushy and I informed him that I was obtaining several quotes from other companies (Which i did). Annoyingly for my wife i obtained quotations from 4 other companies and although some would have cost me a little less I felt more comfortable with the options and service from SolarNRG and made the commitment to purchase.
2. Installation:
The team arrived and installed in a very efficient way and I think took them less that 2 days to instal the 15 panels & 10KW battery. They made no damage and were all incredibly polite and grateful for the opportunity to work on this project. (they also enjoyed a few cups of coffee!!).
Once the installation was complete they installed the Smart App on my phone and explained how to use it (very simple) .
The next day i asked them to return as i wanted them to move the battery about 10cm, they returned that day and made the amendment..
3. After sales support:
The product has been faultless and so far no product intervention has been required.
I have needed the support of their office Administration team for a number of things,
Claudia & Martine have been incredibly helpful and patient with my numerous emails / call’s
a) To make the application for the Solar Grant that was potentially available at the time of the installation.
b) To help me with / provide additional documentation for me to obtain the reduction in my anual SUMA bill, this was quite complicated but the great news is this week i received conformation from SUMA that my application is successful and will receive a 25% reduction for 5 years (To me this is worth about €1200)
c) To provide the necessary documents for me to obtain a reduction in my income tax, This reduction should happen this year and is worth several thousand € (Possibly €2500 TBC).
4. Savings:
In the first year my energy savings are almost €2000.
My SUMA savings I estimate to be €1200
If I am lucky I may receive a Grant / rebate of around €4000 (TBC)
And hopefully I will reduce this years income tax by €2500 (TBC)
If this all comes together then I could realise a saving of €9000 and would hope to save a bout €2000 a year on my Electricity bills so possible pay back in 4-5 years
I am now more ECO friendly and last year i gave over 3000 KW back to the grid and am therefore considering a Plug in Hybrid vehicle.
Without doubt I would recommend the Team at SolarNRG, they have made this experience a pleasure and I am receiving significant benefit of using solar…

When you let someone install sunpanels it is a must the installers has approved electric education related to wires, capasity and so on to be sure the installation functions for many years without breakdown, electric faults in your house Becourse the installation is done by a no skilled person and so on.
