The data that Iberdrola measures in terms of consumption and return delivery were no longer displayed, the Solar Cloud (virtual battery) was no longer visible, meaning that customers could no longer view their saved balance.

The app is working properly, and the data is visible again.


Here is an example of where you can find the data for the virtual battery:

  1. Click on “Mi Autoconsumo”
  2. Click on “Solar Cloud” and you can see the balance that you have already saved and the history of the balances that have been added and removed.
