If you’ve ever wondered who is behind the organisation of the building permits and subsidies? — Carla is your answer!

Most of our client do not have contact with Carla as she works in the back office, but she is our very important Spanish speaking administrative powerhouse.

Carla is responsible for gathering information about building permits, ensuring that every solar energy project adheres to local regulations. She deals daily with townhall and government officials as well as engineers, which isn’t an easy job due to the bureaucratic situations. Endless phone calls repeatedly, as well as email conversations and sometimes even physical visits to the townhalls are included in her work.

Whether it’s answering client inquiries or coordinating with town hall on permit statuses, Carla excels at keeping all parties informed and engaged.

In addition, she also works at the accounting department. She makes sure that all invoices are booked and that all bank payments are registered.

So even though she maybe isn’t visible for our clients, she is indeed a very big part of all the administrative work which needs to be done before, during and after the installation of solar panel systems.
